Your Key Reponsibilities

• Creation of business and marketing strategy of key systems for Czech and foreign markets
• Management of sales, marketing and project teams developing business activities in the field of ID systems.
• Responsible for the creation, evaluation and execution of team and individual business plans
• Team management – assessment, motivation, coaching, training and recruitment
• Overseeing continuous skill development of teams
• Searching for new business opportunities and their subsequent implementation
• Regular reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a sales team
• Proven business results in previous positions
• Analytical, organizational skills and systematic work
• Leadership, inspiring others and passing on your knowledge and experience to your team
• Abilities to set business strategies and sales plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Active and positive approach to work
• Willingness to travel and participate in physical meetings
• English at an excellent level – business negotiations in English
• Knowledge of another language (especially German) is more than an  advantage
• Willingness to work on own career growth
• Work experience from companies operating in the field of security and IT technologies
• Higher education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
