JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Incident Solving/Troubleshooting and Analysis (payment processing issues)
- Shift mode acceptance
- Communication with L3/Development and L1 Support
- L2 Support – 24/7
- terminals configuration, logs searching etc..
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good written English is basis (all communication between you and customers/partners is in English)
