Their platforms helps Payment Solution Providers – Traders – Customize Solutions to Their Business Basis at any stage of their digital strategy.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Incident Solving/Troubleshooting and Analysis (payment processing issues)
  • Shift mode acceptance
  • Communication with L3/Development and L1 Support
  • L2 Support – 24/7
  • terminals configuration, logs searching etc..

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very good written English is basis (all communication between you and customers/partners is in English)
